Preserving the history of print advertising for future generations

Our Archive is a collection of print advertising covering industries such as motoring, aviation, cycling, lifestyle, fashion and textiles.

We hold over 100,000 items in our collection, dating from the 18th century to present day.

Our aim is to preserve, and to make available for academic research, print advertising of any products, in any language, and from any period.

About the Archive

The Archive exists due to the dedication of Richard Roberts, who has diligently curated the collection for over 20 years.
